All materials subject to availability – Prices subject to change

A nonrefundable $1000.00* deposit secures prices at the time of order, and a spot on the building schedule. This deposit will go toward materials for building your guitar. Wait time varies depending on my current workload. Before starting on your guitar build, I will reach out to you to discuss every aspect of the build, go over the numerous options available to you, and come up with a list of all of the aspects you require in your truly unique Soth Guitar.
30 days before the start of your build, I will send you an invoice that includes the details of your order which will show the full cost of the instrument, excluding shipping fees and taxes. If agreed upon, 50% of the remaining balance will be due. Upon receipt, I will begin your build.
Once the build has started, change requests must be agreed upon by both parties and may require additional payment.
The remaining balance, including applicable tax and shipping, is due at the completion of your guitar. Your guitar will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If within 5 days of receiving your guitar you decide it is not for you for any reason, contact me and we will arrange for you to send it back for a full refund, less the $1000 deposit and any shipping costs. The guitar must be in its original condition. The refund will be issued upon the re-sale of your guitar. This offer is void if your guitar includes highly personalized inlays that render the guitar unsalable.

*For some woods such as Brazilian Rosewood, deposit amount will be greater, please inquire.

Warranty
Soth Guitars include a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner for as long as I’m a practicing luthier. This warranty extends only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, accident, or environmental/heat/humidity. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Cases, tuning machines, and pickups are warranted by their individual manufacturers. Owner is responsible for all warranty shipping costs.
